Due to the personal nature of our products and hygeine purposes , we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered, unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

If you receive an item that is damaged or not quite right, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and your order details. We’ll be happy to make things right.
